In the Archaeological Museum of Asturias, on the occasion of the 25th of November, International Day for the Eradication of Violence against Women, the health NGO Médicos del Mundo organises the round table:

Xurxo Ayán, archaeologist at the Institute of Contemporary History of the NOVA University of Lisbon.

Through his archaeological project on prostitution in northwest Spain, he aims to highlight the situation affecting women in these contexts and to use the archaeological record as a tool for denunciation.

Alejandra Matellanas (journalist and member of the Democratic Women's Movement) and Dolores Riesgo (Board of Directors of Medicos del Mundo) will also participate.
