"Get to know the ancient collection of the library of the Archaeological Museum of Asturias"

MORNING SESSION: 12.30 p.m.

AFTERNOON SESSION: 6 p.m. 

The Museum celebrates Book Day 2021 by giving prominence to the historical section of the library. This is the bibliographic collection of the Provincial Commission of Historical and Artistic Monuments of Oviedo, which since 1844 has shared life, settings and characters with the museum. Its library has always been a good tool for knowledge and study. Today this bibliographic collection, preserved and catalogued, is a little-known heritage that undoubtedly gives the museum its lustre and reputation.
